Please Note: Our packages can be subscribed for over 3, 6 or 12 month periods (3 month only for Education EV). Payment for these packages are made up front and will be renewed automatically at our normal retail prices at the expiry of each subscription period unless the customer makes a cancellation request in writing to 7 days prior to the renewal date. Upon the anniversary of your subscription you will be renewed for the same number of months of your original subscription.

All refund requests will be processed on a case-by-case basis. However, GoConnect will not offer a refund where a subscriber has installed GoTrek and content has already been served. In such cases, the service will be cancelled on the renewal date.
