premium video packages simply register, and purchase
the premium video subscription(s) of your choice. Once
your purchase has been accepted, you will be taken to
the Rainbow TV download page.
All you need to do now is download and install Rainbow
TV.
Once installed all you need do is right click
on the systems tray icon, select 'Premium Channels' and follow
the on-screen prompts. Once subscribed, you will receive all
the available video content for the selected premium program.
Should you want to modify this, you may do so via your 'Content
Preferences'.
Please Note: Our packages can be subscribed
for over 3, 6 or 12 month periods (3 month only for Education
EV). Payment for these packages are made up front and will
be renewed automatically at our normal retail prices at the
expiry of each subscription period unless the customer makes
a cancellation request in writing to
7 days prior to the renewal date. Upon the anniversary of
your subscription you will be renewed for the same number
of months of your original subscription.
All refund requests will be processed on a
case-by-case basis. However, GoConnect will not offer a refund
where a subscriber has installed GoTrek and content has already
been served. In such cases, the service will be cancelled
on the renewal date.
