What if I have installed GoTrek
but I just get a black GoTrek window with no video playing
If you have installed GoTrek but the GoTrek window is black
and no video is playing, this is probably because you do not
have the required Windows Media Player Codecs installed. The
required codec is Video 7 Codec or a higher version. If you
are missing this codec a window should appear when you try
and run GoTrek asking you to install the new codecs from Microsoft.
It is easy to install these new codecs so just hit "Yes" and
follow the prompts.

Spare bandwidth is a term used to describe your Internet
connection when you are not downloading content. For example,
if you are requesting a web page, your Internet connection
is downloading, and therefore using bandwidth. However if
you are typing an email, you are not downloading any information
from the web. As such, your Internet connection has spare
bandwidth.
